Faust's version is a proximity unblockable - if the opponent can be thrown, he performs multiple spinning slashes with his scalpel. If they can't, a whiff animation plays. Despite triggering under the same conditions, it is not actually considered a throw, and can thus be Bursted.
In Guilty Gear -Strive-, Faust spawns scalpels on his fingertips. If his opponent is close enough to him, Faust slashes his opponent rapidly, ending up giving them an afro for 3 seconds.

- Its localization as Snip Snip Snip may be inspired by a chorus line from the song "Little Black Dress" from 1981 sequel to the 1975 cult rock musical movie The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Shock Treatment; significantly, the song is mained by one of the main antagonists, the bald mental hospital quack doctor Cosmo McKinley, as portrayed by its co-writer and actor Richard O'Brien.
