Slam, also known as Knockdown, is one of Sol Badguy's Special Attacks, first appearing in Guilty Gear X as a follow up to Volcanic Viper, though this would become its own move in Guilty Gear XX Λ Core Plus R.
This would be last seen in Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2.
Overview[]
After Sol does Volcanic Viper, he swings around to slam-kick his opponent with his following leg with a tumbling heel drop. While it hits overhead as coded in-game, it cannot realistically clip someone blocking low due since it will always be performed too high out of reach.
In Λ Core Plus R, he gains access to this as a standalone Special Attack while in Dragon Install, which not only adds a flaming property to the kick, but Sol also drops straight down to strike his opponent, ground bouncing the victim and also taking advantage of its innate overhead-hitting property.
