Kingdom Cemetery is a minor location in the Guilty Gear series, appearing only in Guilty Gear Isuka so far. The city functions as a battle stage in-game. According to its name, it is an ornate home for the dearly departed.

Design[]

The stage takes place in a bloodmoon night in the dark mahogany sky. What generally looks like a town is usually designed with such ordinary buildings that stand out such as the windmills being attached to both, The Gravekeeper's tower; adding with the memorials on the left side of the stage. Alongside, the Cemetery Shop area is designed in what appears to be like a mouth sticking its tongue out; attached with the ear on the right. It is also engraved with grave-marker tones such as small coffins with crosses, flowers, neon signs, and tiny crosses with the hotel on the center with its own snack bar. There are many other things that are around the place; along with the monuments that are attached with glowing lights such as the tree ornamented with tombstones that give it a bright contrast.

However, motifs of death such as Skulls, gravemarks, and flowers, are mostly used as a decor to give Kingdom Cemetery a vibrant touch to it; which also serves as being the final resting place for the deceased. The bright-light fountain monument in the center of the stage shines through the place with an eerie, stark appearance of spirits of the departed; as it is surrounded by a fence with the words, STAR, inscribed on the ground followed by a batch of bouquets of flowers, and butterflies that are placed in front of the monument. Piles of tombstones and mausoleums are stacked up together all the way to the sky; as there is also a ladder attached to the entryway of the mausoleum on the far-right side of the stage.

The platforms that appear on the skyline serves as an extension for burials and interments from the ground level to an unknown designated floor. There are cobblestone sidewalks that are given a pristine look and shine on the reflection; while having drainages built on the sidewalks with a streetlight placed on the right. Some well-lit bridges that lead to the Gravekeeper's home, also bears a lake that is completely below them. In the foreground, a memorial bearing the names of the deceased also serves as a light post.

The only inhabitants that live in the area are the spirits of the departed; along with the Gravekeeper that stands with his lantern in the grass, and the Receptionist in the Cemetery Shop selling items to any visitor that comes by.
