Aquila

The Aquila is the sword used by Ky Kiske in Guilty Gear 2 -Overture-. It's a broad bladed sword with carvings and a hollow middle. After the Thunderseal got sacrificed to freeze the Maiden of the Grove in time, Ky was given Aquila which is nothing more than a decorative sword for royalty. Unknown to others, Ky is modifying the sword to suit his abilities. He carries it just like how he carries the Thunderseal, however because of its weight, he plants it on the ground when he's at rest.

Aquila is the Latin name of the eagle who carried the lightning bolts of Zeus in classical Greek mythology.
